Returns and Exchanges

1. I Have Received An Item With A Default, Now What?
Please make clear pictures of the default and send these to us through mail together with a description of the problem. We do our best to offer a solution as soon as possible.
2. How Can I Return My Product?
Unopened, unused articles can be returned, in the original packing, within 14 days to below address:

Please always enclose the packing slip or a note with your order number and address details.

We will refund the total amount as soon as possible. In case we receive a damaged return shipment or an unstamped shipment we are entitled to charge costs.

3. Can I Exchange My Product And Order Another One?
No, this is not possible.

Perhaps you have ordered the wrong product. In that case you simply return it to us (within 14 days). Upon receipt, we will refund the costs as soon as possible.

You can simply place a new order on our website. If you order it on working days before 09.00 pm we will ship it the same day.

4. What Does It Cost To Return Or Exchange A Product?
If you wish to return an article as you ordered the wrong product, the shipping costs will be at your account.

If you received a faulty article, we request you to return it. In that case we will be responsible for the shipping costs.
5. How Long Does It Take To Refund The Money?
Upon received of your return shipment, the money will be transferred to your bank account within 2 working days.
6. My Animal Doesn't Eat The Feed. Can I Use Taste Guarantee?
Taste guarantee only applies to Dutch orders.
