Privacy Policy

Petcure respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your information to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. For the rest, we will use this information only with your permission. Petcure will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only make it available to third parties that are involved in processing your order.

1   You can visit our websites without entering any personal information. 3. - Data collection and processing
1   We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us in the context of your order or when you contact us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail).
     
2   Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in this case we absolutely need this data to fulfill the contract or process your contact request. It is not possible for you to complete your order and/or contact us without providing this information.
     
3   Which data is collected can be found on the respective data entry forms. In accordance with art. 6 paragraph 1 sub b GDPR, we use the data you provide to us to execute the agreement and to process your requests.
     
4   After full excecution of the contract, we limit the further processing of your data and delete your data after the expiry of the legally prescribed tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have given explicit consented to further use of your data or we have reserved rights on the processing of the data, if permitted by law, and about which we inform you by means of this statement.
     
5   If you have given your consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR by deciding to open a customer account, we will use your data for the purpose of opening a customer account.
     
6   Deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to us or via a function provided for this purpose in the customer account.

 

4. - Transfer of data
    Transfer of data to payment service provider
1   Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service for processing payments.
     
2   The selected payment service providers also partly collect this data themselves, if you create an account there. In that case, you must log in to the payment service provider with your login details during the ordering process.     Transfer of data to shipping companies
3   If you have given us your explicit consent for this during or after your order, we will provide on this basis, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, your e-mail address and telephone number to the selected shipping company, so that it can contact you before delivery for the purpose of the delivery announcement or to arrange the delivery itself.
     
4   This consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to us or directly to the shipping company Ship2me that you may have appointed.
     
5   After revocation, we will delete your data provided for this purpose, unless you have given explicit consented to further use of your data or we have reserved rights on the processing of the data, if permitted by law, and about which we inform you by means of this statement.

 

5. - Use of data in payment processing
    Identity and credit checks when choosing Klarna payment services
1   If you decide to use Klarna's payment services, we will ask for your consent in accordance with Article 6(1) sentence 1(a) of the GDPR to provide the data necessary for payment processing and pass an identity and credit check to Klarna. The credit agencies mentioned in Klarna's privacy statement can be used for identity and credit check.
     
2   Klarna uses the information obtained (about the statistical probability of default) to make a balanced decision about the establishment, execution or termination of the contractual relationship.
     
3   You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us a message. This may mean that we can no longer offer you certain payment options. You can withdraw your consent to this use of your personal data at any time, including through Klarna.

    E-mail advertising with registration for the newsletter

3   If we receive your e-mail address in connection with the sale of goods or services and you have not objected to this, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar products to those already purchased on the basis of Section 7 (3) UWG , from our range by e-mail.
