1. How Can I Place An Order?
1: Choose from one or several articles on our website.

2: Put your articles in the shopping cart, by clicking on “order”.

3: When the order is complete, you click on cash desk.

4: In the next step you have 3 options:
For step 1: Log in with Petcure account
For step 2: Order without account by filling out data and creating a password
For step 2: Create an account by filling out data and creating a password

Choose the option that suits you best.

5: Make a choice and fill out the required data and move on to step 3: method of payment

We offer the following methods of payment:
- iDEAL
- Credit card (through Paypal)
- Paypal
- MrCash/Bancontact
- Sofort Banking
- Bank transfer (advance payment)

6: If you have filled out all data correctly you click on step 4: survey, a final check. Besides, you can fill out your discount coupon here. If everything is ok, you agree with the general conditions and click on “Confirm order”.

7: As soon as you have completed your payment, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail.
2. Do I Have To Pay Shipping Costs?
Yes, regardless of how much you order, you pay a shipping contribution never higher than €3,95.
3. What Is The Delivery Time Of My Order?
For most articles: if you order on workdays before 09.00 pm, your order will be sent the same day.

4. How Do I Know The Shipping Status Of My Order?
Packages are shipped with a bar code. As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail inclusive of link, allowing you to check the order status. A time indication for delivery is given.

5. Is It Possible To Give A Point In Time With Regard To Delivery?
No, that is not possible. You do receive an E-mail with track & trace code, allowing you to check the order status inclusive of time indication.
6. Can I Receive My Order At A Deviating Delivery Address?
Yes, you can select a “deviating delivery address” in the order procedure. If the delivery address is the name of a company, please clearly mention this name and your own name.
7. What If I Entered A Wrong Address?
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can change the address for you. Please contact our customer service: $ companies_telephone
8. What Is The Difference Between Ordering With Or Without Account?
If you order with an account, you can follow your order from door to door. Besides, you won’t have to fill out your data anymore next time.

If you order without an account, these advantages are not applicable. The only advantage is you don’t have to remember another password and only supply highly necessary information to us.
9. Do You Ship To Foreign Countries As Well?
Yes, Petcure ships to foreign countries as well. We currently ship to these countries:

  • Portugal
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • United Kingdom

We don’t ship to islands.
10. Is Your Price Inclusive Of VAT?
Yes, all prices mentioned on our Website are inclusive of VAT.
11. How Can I Redeem My Discount Code?
You can redeem a Petcure discount coupon through our online shop. Is your shopping cart complete? Click on ’go to my data’. On this page, where you enter your data as well, you will find a field in which you can add a discount coupon to your order. The discount will automatically be deducted from the amount due.
